I would refer anyone there because they take care of you like family. Efficient, timely, clear detail given. Went out of their way to help me (@ night a sales person helped me so I did not have to go out in the dark by myself to locate the drop box for my keys, then put them on Dave's desk and apologized for the delay when he was the one inconvenienced). That is why I keep coming back & have brought 3 other car buying family members to this dealership. Nice to deal with honest people who I feel have my back and take care of me like a person & not just a sale. Love your staff. more

Friendly service 10/23/2013

I only have one complaint, service scheduling is not prompt. When I call to schedule it usually gets scheduled from 2 days later to a week later. That is not very responsive. more

The Service Representative was friendly and showed a real concern for my vehicle, listening to my questions and answering the questions. Made recommendations that were needed to be done. Also, a real good job with the washing of the Ranger more

Great Staff all around! 10/23/2013

I bought a new 2013 F-150 and had yet another great experience from the minute I walked through the doors at Riverside Ford in Sumner! Great sales staff and Finance staff. The young man who detailed my vehicle before handing it over to me, did a wonderful job of shining everything up for me. Thanks again to everyone at Riverside Ford!! I will be back for all of my service needs for my new truck. more

The service department ids the best! I bought my Focus in 2010 and have gotten ALL service work done at Riverside. I won't even get an oil change anywhere ese! more
