I can?t believe that I still have quite an amount in my hand after that visit in here. They have affordable services and great parts to go along that great service of theirs. more

I just had my bike checked on this place and I can tell you that the people in here really know what they are dealing with. They really know it all. more

I am the owner of Riverfront Cycle and I wanted to thank my customers for the good reviews and say the guy with the moped is way out of line bringing in a 35 year old moped partially assembled. we tried to explain that we didn't work on that brand but would try to do him a favor. Long story short he ordered the wrong parts that didn't fit and we had him pick it up it didn't work any worse then when he brought it in and we didn't even charge him. Some favor. We do our best and there can always be some misunderstandings. I personally will guarantee complete satisfaction or your money back. Give us a try and I promise you won't be disappointed. Dave more

Good place to buy a bike 2/29/2012

I've been a customer of most Lansing-area bike shops and Riverfront is one of my top 2 (they're tied for #1). Whenever I stop there, I get greeted with a smile and they are very helpful w/my questions. Staff is real knowledgeable. I do most of my own bike maint, so they only get the tougher stuff and they've always been fair pricewise and on top when it comes to quality and time. They have an excellent selection of bikes (several major brands) and a decent accessories/clothing area. \r My current bike is my first Canondale which I really like a lot. The folk @ Riverfront were willing to negotiate on price on this previous year model and were also super helpful in customizing the gearing for me. \r No question but I'll continue to do bike stuff through Riverfront. more

A Great Bike Shop 2/12/2011

Thank you Riverfront Cycle. Being an older person, I wasn't sure what bike would be best for me and you were so helpful in explaining my choices. You were patient and knew so much about all the bikes, I had no problem on deciding on the right bike. more

My one and only stop when shopping for a new bike!! 1/27/2011

Riverfront Cycle is a great place for new or used bikes. The staff is knowledgeable and supportive. I recently bought a new bike from there based on a recommendation from a friend. I didn't bother to look anywhere else, I highly recommend this store! more

PAID $200 MORE RATHER THAN DO BUSINESS WITH RIVERFRONT CYCLE 7/15/2010

In the market this past week to replace my stolen bicycle, I stopped by Riverfront Cycle because I had seen some nice used bikes in front of the shop.\r \r Waiting on the customer before me the sales man told the young lady that all of the used bikes in front of the store were $100-$175.\r \r They did not purchase a bike and left. I was waited on by the same sales man who advised me the bike I selected was $200, granted it rode well I thought it the nicest one on the rack.\r \r I asked if they ever negotiated price, and he told me only on the used bikes. I pointed out the bike I wanted was used and offered him $175.\r \r He checks with is boss, and tells me that the bike is $250 not 200 and NOT NEGOTIABLE.\r \r Rather than spend my money with these creeps, I chose instead to buy a brand spanking new bike at another shop in town . . . I spent an additional $200, but I got a nice bike and was treated like a valuable customer. I will keep my family and friends out of this shop whose service was cra more
