After an initially uncertain impression (see below), I can now advise that Ritz - Cindy - has done all that was asked but there was a gap in communication, ergo my misunderstanding! Pros: Value for money Cons: Couldn't actually do what they sold me; very lengthy delay with no calls or emails to explain. more

Exquisite engagement rings 8/20/2002

Ritz has some of the most beautiful settings and diamonds that I have seen in the city. There is an incredible sense of style in all the pieces in the shop. Be sure to make and appointment...you will not be disappointed whether you are looking for an engagement ring or another piece of fine jewelry. more
