Okay, my boyfriend and I moved in this place five days ago. To begin with, the carpeting is disgusting and was not replaced before we moved in. It's worn and stained and looks as if it may have been replaced ten years or so ago. Okay, so the rent is pretty cheap so I'm willing to overlook the carpet. But then, the first time we try to flush the toilet, it won't flush. The plumbing was all corroded - looked like it hadn't been replaced in about 30 years or so. The management DID get someone out the next day to fix it. Two days later our heat breaks. We live in northeast Ohio. It's January. I call the management and am told I don't have the thermostat set high enough (it was set to 75). Okay. I turn the thermostat to NINETY and the temperature keeps dropping. Oh, the dryer. It's from like 1945 or something. I ran a load of towels through it twice and they still weren't dry. One small positive - the neighbors are very, very quiet. But overall, it just doesn't seem like enough to make up for the general fact that this place is a DUMP!!
Pros: covered carport
