Avoid ridge cyclery. If you walk into the shop, you will be ignored so long, you will probably leave anyway, If you stay and try to get help, you will be handled in a distracted, flippant manner. If you make the mistake of being a paying customer, you will feel even worse. Don't expect them to care if you get a bad fit with your bike, Don't expect them to open the door (so you don't bang up your new bike), Don't bring your bike in on Saturday, Don't expect to be notified when your bike is ready. Raleigh cheaped out on cable slack, so a simple handlebar upgrade is cost prohibitive. Don't be a customer here. Please Note: previous review is from 2005.
