The Ricky's on 23rd street has the worst customer service. Today, 2/17/08, we tried to exchange a $100 pair of clippers because when we got it home was missing the plastic guards with the exception for one that was broken. When we tried to exchange them, the manager accused us of lying by saying "" we have NEVER had clippers returned broken!"" Uh, duh, today would have been the first. All we wanted was to get the proper attachments and he had the biggest attitude. If we wanted chinatown customer service and quality we would have shopped on Canal street. We have been customers, working in fashion, for years and plan on taking our business elsewhere and suggesting to our friends in the industry to do the same. The CVS around the corner sells almost all of the same products for half the price and half the attitude. See ya 'round Rickys's! \r
PS the sales girl was very pleasant, i suggest she handle the customers in the future.
