""Don't call me, I'll call you!"" These were Rick's words to me, as he left my house for the second time without fixing the root of my dryer's problem. He replaced the same fuse for the second time in 10 days, claiming that I must be doing something to cause the problem. I asked him what he thought was causing the problems, he told me he had no idea and accused me of not changing the lint catcher! He told me to get my husband to look to see if the vent was clogged, apparently this isn't part of his service! Also, he told me I might want to have my vent redirected, again, ask your husband!!!
As he left my house, he said to me, don't call me, I'll call you. Don't wait for my call Rick!
