I brought my truck in to Rick and Rays and was told about the air check voucher last Nov. I am low income and was very happy to find out about the program through them. My service engine light was on and had a oil leak. My truck was running real bad. They fixed the problems. On the way home the service engine light came back on and called they said bring it back anytime and they would take a look at it. It was a exahused manifold which is not covered with the air check program and they fixed it for me at no charged. I was very pleased with their service and so thankful for the air check program. Read what Kevin S had wrote and makes me wonder he works on cars and takes it to someone else? He had to pay nothing and still wants more? Thank you again Auto Plaza for the good service you had given. more

This place has great prices and accurate service. I recently got jipped out of more than $2,000 at Just Brakes and they didnt even fix the main problem. They kept telling me I need this and that and srewed me. Finally i went to Rick and Rays and I am amazed how cheap the service was AND they fixed the problem without saying I needed other $@!#% done! They using the government n con people by saying something wrong with their car when it's not just to get the $600 vocher but Iam currently taken them to court more

this place is a bunch of cons they got this thing were they ripping off the gov with this air check $600 voucher all they want is the money n make up sh.. about car u dont need. they didnt know i fix cars too. ricks n ray u busted its time shut this down they need too be reported n will be beware of this place see you n court more

I brought my car in for an oil leak. Sergio told me and I quote that they wouldn't work on it if they couldn't fix it in one day. But they tried to anyways didn't fix it in time but told me that they did I had two different people tell me two different things to just make sure it had oil in it. If it still had a small leak to bring it back in and that they made the leak worse and not to drive it. But when I picked it up they said the owner was working on it and he would fix it so I thought it was good to go. Then I went to work had to travel to Jarrell Tx. We got there fine but it started to make a noise so I put more oil in it and by the end of the trip it was clanking so I took my car back. Then Sergio has the audacity to give me a lecture when they didn't fix the leak right to begin with. So I honestly thought they would fix there mistake but instead of being honest now there trying to cover there own $@!#% by lying. If a mechanic tells me it's fixed then obviously i'm going to think that. So if at all possible you should avoid Rick and Rays Auto Plaza. They don't stand by there work and they blame the customer even though there the mechanics and it's there job to fix it to begin with. more

I received excellent car service and great customer service from RICK AND RAYS AUTO PLAZA CENTER. I had two issues with my 1996 Pontiac Bonneville. The AC was not working and my ignition needed to be replaced. They had my car towed to their shop and both problems were fixed. My AC is great and my car starts every time. I would highly recommend Rick and Rays Auto Plaza to every one and a special THANK YOU to Jamey and his crew for making those repairs and getting my much needed car back to me. If I need auto repairs in the future, I will take my car to this Company, they are GREAT!! more

I've been to Rick and Ray's Auto Plaza several times. They have always done a great job at communicating with me. There was one snafu where I had an emergency and either they ordered the wrong part or the wrong part was delivered, so it took longer to get my car back. Again, my total experience is that they have gone out of their way to help me out. I'm very loyal to them, and I can't imagine going to someone else. The only reason I gave them a 4 on total experience was because of the one time my car got back to me a little later than it should have. I'm very happy with them otherwise. Auto Plaza has always been very kind and polite. They always check things out, call us, and give us an estimate before they service our car. They always use the AC Delco parts that go with our car so that we know that they're getting us the best. They're very pleasant, and have even fixed things for us as accommodations, not charging us anything for it. We've recommended them several times over the years, and we'll continue to recommend them. Rick and Ray's Auto Plaza has a knowledgeable, courteous staff, and they do the work in a timely manner. I guess it's mainly just some oversights on the original diagnosis of the vehicle. Some things I think they should have caught and didn't. I realize that sometimes things happen that are unexpected, so that's my only reason for an overall rating of less than stellar. more

I've been going to Rick & Ray's Auto Plaza Center for about 10 years. They've done major air conditioning work, all the maintenance of transmissions, front end work, state inspections, plus all the basic maintenance. They're good about sending out notices and reminders. I continue to use their service because it all gets back to trust and relationships. That's the key to developing long term business. We can sit down and talk pretty plain. I don't have any reason to believe they're trying to load up a bill. It gets down to trust. I also believe their prices are very reasonable. I just think they're a couple of quality guys that won't lead you down the primrose path or anything. They're just quality people. In fact, I find all the people down there to be good and relationship-minded. more

At Rick & Ray's Auto Plaza Center if there is anything that needs to be done, even if it is little, they tell their customers without just automatically doing it. As a single female I never feel the need to verify if what they told me was fair. There was one point where I didn't have another car, and they loaned me an old car they had out back. Everybody who works there is great like that. I first came to them because my mechanic started working there. I found out that every one of them is just as honest, and they truly care about their customers. I have been going there almost 10 years, and you don't often find a place where people are so sincere. I tell everybody I know that they should go and talk to Rick & Ray's. They are very, very knowledgeable, and if one of them can't answer, there will be someone else who can. They have been in the car business forever, and they hire people who are very knowledgeable. It is very rare that I don't know ahead of time what they are going to do, because they usually can diagnose it by me just explaining it. The whole crew and office, visiting with them is like seeing a favorite uncle after you haven't seen him in awhile. When I get something done there I hang out with Cindy at the desk and visit with everybody who comes through. They are kind of like family because that is how they make their customers feel. They are also great with all kinds of cars. It doesn't matter if it is an old car or a new car, they will get it fixed. I have a rare car, and they will search until they find the right part. They take it as a personal challenge. They won't tell their customers that they can't work on certain cars because they are difficult to find parts for. When you find somebody this good, it is important to tell people about them. I can't say enough good about Rick & Ray's. more

I followed one of their mechanics to Rick & Rays Auto Plaza Center. I had been using that mechanic since 1994, but I have been using Rick & Ray's for close to 10 years now. They are honest and seem fair. With very rare exceptions everything has been great. What I enjoy about them is that they are pretty down to earth. more

I had the certified techs work on my 92' Honda Accord which needed a major tune-up. They went above and beyond by repairing my car in a prompt matter and even gave me a discount for referring a friend to shop. They're very friendly and if there was a such thing as overgenerous then that's what I'd call they're customer service. My car ran a whole lot better than it did before I gave it to them to fix. There's a great sense of integrity within the staff which is why I've been back since then. more
