Sure! I would buy from them! I love a dealership that strives to misrepresent their products, lies to the Texas Department of Public Safety, bends Texas record keeping rules, and is currently under review by the BBB. Look at the reviews below. Clearly this is "astroturf" or employees and sympathizers writing great reviews. Yeah! I would buy from these guys! Oh, yes, and give it 5 stars so the review stays here and does not get smoothed over - or purged into the automated cleanup page. more

DO NOT TRUST 3/31/2013

purchased 08 Road Star and paid cash, the morning i broke my hand and never got to ride, over the 2 months had spoke to Christopher the finance mgr, took bike back for them to resale, after several days called why not on website told takes acouple of days and was being detailed, couple days pass and no bike on website. Headed to dealer wth my title and came in from the back and found my bike(which was suppose to be detailed and on the floor) was sitting outside dirty under a shed. walked into Christophers ofc and asked whats up and sd had a $500 deposit on my bike, asked to see and he dug thru a stack of folders and tore a cc receipt from a folder and sd was mine, thewhole time saying he'd repost..why if had deposit and never was posted.. asked to see the paperwork if deposit was on my bike and he refused..walked outback with the original salesman and looked at my bike and had never been cleaned...never on their website..never had deposit..Christopher is a DISHONEST BOY......spoke to the GM and sd would look into..came back the next day and asked for the keys and title back and went and rented a trailer to take bike home..I asked the GM what was the problem here and he sd "dont have time to talk to you and turnedhis bak on me and walked back in....Pd these guys $9,500.00 2 months earlier came back for them to sell my bike and totally disrespected me..Kyle the salesman was great, but the GM and Christopher..no class...Christopher CAN NOT be trusted...................filing w BBB, and every other passI can put review................ more

Warning! Keep away! 11/17/2012

They are happy to sell you a bike, no matter how expensive, but if you develop a problem, you might as well never go back. Their service is poor and they seem to be hiding serious problems to prevent responsibility for fixing them. Don't complain or they will call their lawyer- whatever that means. 100% satisfaction is just a ploy. See their website. The managers are clearly involved in this effort. I have a list of problems or failures from another shop that Richardson missed. All issues clearly evident from using the vehicle. They just want to up-sell me. Don't buy into the hype of a good review here. I am sure they spend a few hours a day combing these sites for damage control. more

After going to Richardson Motor Sports for the last 10 years I have decided to never go there again. The parts department has been great over the years and Bobby is someone you can trust, but for the rest of them I would avoid at all cost!!! The service department did a terrible job on my Seadoo, broke extra parts in the process and NEVER DID FIX THE PROBLEM (..after several visits and each time them telling me it was repaired)(I ended up having to take the ski to more qualified people to get it fixed). While they had the ski, it set outside in the weather for three solid weeks and was a filthy mess when I got it back, including grease in multiple places from where they were careless and never bothered to clean it up. I also got a lot of pressure when i called to get an update from one of the techs who kept trying to upsell me after the fact and after we had agreed upon the service to be done. To top it off, when I got the ski back it had two puncture tears in the seat from where they had either been careless or deliberate. When I approached the manager Jerry about the seat, he said he would check into repair options and then never called me back. All this after I had spent hundreds of dollars for them to fix one problem. Beware! (FYI, the good techs who used to be there, Gary and Russ, who did good work are no longer there) more

June 29th 2010-- Now This is what a dealership should be... They have the best prices of any Yamaha dealer in the DFW area, and HANDS DOWN the BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!! Dropped my bike off Saturday, was told it would be ready Monday... and IT WAS!!! Straight forward service advice and pricing.... There is nothing I value more than great service. You guys have made a customer for life!!! Thank you so much... more

Job completed when promised 7/25/2011

On some of the Roadstar rider message boards I visit, the other riders are always bashing their dealers. I've never had any reason to be unhappy at Richardson Motorsports. Even when I had the tranny recall done, the parts were ready when promised & the job completed when promised; the bike was perfect when I got it back--no nicks, scratches, etc. Today I had a new Metzler front tire installed & the whole thing was done in less than an hour while I waited. Gary, Bobby & the crew are first rate. I leave next week on a 900 mile trip with a buddy of mine who rides a Harley. I hope he can keep up & not break down! kb more

IT'S NOT TO OFTEN THAT YOU CAN GO INTO A DEALERSHIP AND NOT BE HOUNDED BY AGGRESSIVE SALES PEOPLE, MARK CANNON WAS NOT AGGRESSIVE AT ALL. HE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE WE GOT THE JET SKIS WE WANTED AND TOLD US ABOUT EVERY JET SKI RMS HAD TO OFFER. MR. CANNON MADE US FEEL LIKE FAMILY, EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN'T GET APPROVED THAT SATURDAY (MAY 14, 2005) HE STILL CALLED US THAT FOLLOWING TUESDAY TO KEEP US INFORMED AND TO SEE IF WE HAD ANY OTHER QUESTIONS. WE CAME IN ON MAY 19, 2005 TO GET EVERYTHING SET-UP AND PICKED UP OUR NEW JET SKIS ON FRIDAY (MAY 20, 2005) AS PROMISED. MR CANNON IS IN A CLASS ALL BY HIMSELF. WE WILL BE RMS BUYERS FOR LIFE. My wife and I purchased a 2008 Can-Am Renegade 500 and a 2008 Yamaha Raptor 700R from Richardson Motorsports. It was really a pretty painless experience. Both units were in stock, so there was no wait time at all. We pretty much went in, spoke to Troy about the 2 machines we wanted, singed a couple of forms, and we were ready to roll! Troy was even kind enough to lend us a trailer to take one of the quads home that day. The trailer we purchased was delivered to the dealership 2 days later on the following Monday. So far these quads have been nothing short of a blast! We would definitely recommend Richardson Motorsports for any ATV needs! more

JUST WANTED TO SAY HOW MUCH I LOVE MY NEW FAMILY AT RICHARSON MOTOR SPORTS I FIRST PURCHASED MY SON A 90 POLARIS PREDITOR FROM TROY THEM DECIDED TO BUY ME THE POLAIRIS 250 TRAIL BLAZZER AFTER BUIYING THESE TWO MACHINES THE SERVICE WAS AWSOME TROY TREATED ME LIKE A BROTHER I THEN DECIDED TO BUY MY FRIEND A BIKE ALSO OF CORSE TROY WAS AWSOME AGAIN I WANTED SOME PERFORMANCE PARTS FOR MY TOYS THEY STOPED WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME MY DAD HUNTS AND CALLED ME FROM BEAUMONT TEXAS HE SAID SON I NEED A FOUR WHEELER I TOLD HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO CALL TROY AND HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF HIM MY DAD LIVING 325 MILES FROM THE SHOP TALKED TO TROY ON THE PHONE WITHIN 10 MIN MY DAD CALLED BACK AND SAID HE BOUGHT A BIKE FROM TROY WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE BIKE I THE CALLED TROY AND TOLD HIM I WOULD PICK IT UP ON FRIDAY THE NEXT DAY WHEN I TOOK IT TO BEAUMONT AND DROPED IT OFF MY DAD WAS REALLY HAPPY TROY READ MY DADS MIND TROY IS NOW FAMILY ALONG WITH RICHARDSON MOTORSPORTS AND THE CREW I RECENTLY PUT MY BIKE IN THE SHOP AND THEY WERE VERY FAST AND I KNOW THAT NOW I WILL ONLY BUY FROM TROY AND HIS CREW I HAVE HAD AOT OF BIKES AND THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE YET BUYING FROM THEM YET I WILL BUY FROM NO ONE ELSE THE ONLY THING MY DAD WAS DISAPOINTED IN WAS THAT TROY DIDNT PUT TASSELS ON HIS HANDEL BARS LIKE THE HARLEYS HAVE HA. I drove 45 minutes and less than 5 minutes I had the parts I needed and was leaving, for a 16 year old atv. Better yet the parts sales people knew the part number off the top of their head. The price was so low I could not belive it. Well the won my lifetime business. Thanks guys more
