It took me a while to find him, years in fact, but Dr. Richard is the best Gonstead Chiropractor in the business. After two car accidents I was having real quality of life issues and even some mobility issues. Along with stretching and light exercise per his recommendation, Dr. Richard's therapy has helped me gain back my formerly pain-free existence. His therapy is beyond pain relief, it's wellness care. Technique aside, Dr. Richard's bedside manner cannot be beat. He spends time with both my husband and me individually upon each visit. No two visits are alike because you are examined each time so you'll never get cookie-cutter treatment. His goal is not to make you a patient for life, but to get you on the road to health then leave you alone. He is ethical, honest and deeply caring. I've never once felt pressured and I've never had any misgivings whatsoever about choosing him. I just wish I hadn't waited for a car accident to seek Gonstead chiropractic care. I hurt my right shoulder so badly that I was unable to use my right arm. I met Dr. Al and he said he could check it out and help relieve the pain. As my pain worsened, I decided to take Dr. Al up on his offer. I made the appointment and the results on my FIRST visit were incredible! Realizing I needed more help with other issues, other than just my shoulder, I decided to allow Dr. Al to work with me in getting my 45 yr. old body back to feeling like I'm in my 20's again! After about 6 month, I feel the best I've felt in years. Being able to do things without major pain is a true blessing in itself. I'm still working on some minor issues, but I have learned to listen to my body and see Dr. Al when my body says it's time.
