The worst service, they collected the total price when the stove was shipped (at end of October) but instead of scheduling an install (like the contract said) they decided not to because they weren't sure the stove was on the truck (sure enough to take the money!) had to deal with a very rude install scheduler. I was sensing some real incompetence so I called when the stove arrived at their warehouse and asked them to make sure it was the correct stove-they assured me it was. They came to install it and guess what-they had ordered the wrong stove! (why am I not surprised).They waited another 9 days before they ordered the right parts. They didn't want to expedite the install because they ""didn't want to screw anybody"" yet they had no problem screwing me. What a bunch of idiots!!
