They destroyed the collar of a silk knit top (4 square inch hole) and then claimed it was damaged when I brought it in. They offered to charge me to repair it. \r \r I had worn the garment only a week before and had carefully folded it after wearing it. Nothing in my home could have caused such extensive damage in such a short amount of time. Moreover, their employee would easily have noticed such a large hole when accepting the garment for cleaning had I damaged the garment myself. \r \r When I told them that undoubtedly they had caused the damage, they were hostile. They did not offer any sort of compromise, although I would happily have accepted the free repair of the garment. Pros: Location Cons: ruined my garment; rude in handling the issue more

Horrible!!!! After being a loyal customer for over TEN YEARS (and thousands of $ in cleaning), two of my garments were lost. The owner Chris yelled at me, accused me of lying and would not compensate me for the lost garments. I am so disappointed about the way I was treated. I would NEVER recommend and NEVER return! MY TRUE RATING....ZERO STARS. Cons: staff is not friendly - dishonest management more

When I tried to point out that something had happened to my clothes during the cleaning which turned them yellow (when they should have been white) the owner yelled at me and said I was trying to scam him. more
