Once you have signed your lease the staff completely changes. I moved here in May 09 and didn't have hot water and I called the office right away and constantly and the problem wasn't addressed until 7/31/09. I have talked to every person that works in the leasing office (including the manager) and maintenance and no one will do anything. The office staff blames the maintenance staff and the maintenance staff blames the office. I blame Pinnacle which is the management group. In the building that I live in the neighbors and I do not get hot water, the landscapers leave their mess behind such as the cut grass and tree branches, there are sink holes, nats inside our homes because of all the puddles caused by leaky pipes. They shut off the water without notice and there are times when we are in the middle of taking a shower. A lot of tenants give up with these issues because it doesn't matter how many times you complain and it won't get fixed. The staff just gives you attitude for trying to make them do their job.

Cons: Worst customer service, lazy and lying managers and staff
