Resort at Wynn Palms

This place is the epitomy of what it means to live in a dump. The only reason I lived there was that I was close to my kids and work and because the useless management (one useless management company replaced by another) basically left me alone. Mostly good neighbors, some noisey, but people are inconciderate and so it goes with the territory. I called the Health Dept. on them once concerning the pool, proabably the only time I saw results. For the price and area, there are other apartment complexes very close with lower prices and roomier apartments. more

I second everything perezcpatty said times 10. Managment is horrible, maintenance is horrible. I was without a working toilet for more than 24 hours and I only had one bathroom. The excuse I got for the slow response was, they thought I had two bathrooms. Nothing but BS! They turn the water of every other week claiming repairs, though nothing gets fixed. Most times there is no notice and I have a baby. Management doesn't care they just want rent money. Save yourself the trouble and look somewhere else! more

Once you have signed your lease the staff completely changes. I moved here in May 09 and didn't have hot water and I called the office right away and constantly and the problem wasn't addressed until 7/31/09. I have talked to every person that works in the leasing office (including the manager) and maintenance and no one will do anything. The office staff blames the maintenance staff and the maintenance staff blames the office. I blame Pinnacle which is the management group. In the building that I live in the neighbors and I do not get hot water, the landscapers leave their mess behind such as the cut grass and tree branches, there are sink holes, nats inside our homes because of all the puddles caused by leaky pipes. They shut off the water without notice and there are times when we are in the middle of taking a shower. A lot of tenants give up with these issues because it doesn't matter how many times you complain and it won't get fixed. The staff just gives you attitude for trying to make them do their job.
