I took my fax machine in to be fixed,as it went out one day. the guy that works there was very nice and felt there customer service was great. he called me the next day to tell me what the problem was with it. it had a fuse that went out in it. he was nice enough to tell me that i would be better off buying a new fax machine then getting this old one repaired,as it would cost $50 to fix it,charged more for the labor than for the part. i was glad you called me first before going ahead and repairing it,so i opted to just throw that old fax machine out and get a new one.
