Ordered a cab and it never showed up. First they said it was on it's way, then said I didn't order a cab. Bunch of lies because the driver couldn't find my house. Don't bother with these guys!!! Cons: cab never showed. more

On short notice I needed a taxi and it was for a rather long distance. ITN Taxi was there on time and found the fastest routes to get me from point A to point B. I use this taxi service because they always call me back to confirm my airport reservations. They even call me again the day of my reservation to assure me that I can count on them being on time. I really value this kind of service. All my trips to the airport have been on time using this taxi service. I have used ITN Taxi since last summer and will continuue to use their service. So often in the past few years I have had the experience of cabbies not really knowing where my neighborhood is (Bryn Mawr) and asking me how to get there. As a seasoned pizza delivery driver, I pride myself in not only knowing where a house is, but 1/2 a dozen ways to get there. In addition, being efficient, punctual and possessing an outgoing personality help to win people over and increase our business. From this perspective I give the highest recommendation to ITN Taxi. These guys are cool, always know their way around and have the best possible attitude. Ever since an acquaintence gave me their number, they are the only cab company I call in Minneapolis. I have never written a review on a website before, but felt compelled to save someone out there from the trouble we had, as the previous reviews of this company were good.\r \r We called the cab company the evening before our international flight to be picked up in the morning. THE CAB NEVER SHOWED UP, and we ended up scrambling for a ride, having to wake up a baby and disturb someone's sleep in order to get there, barely making it on time. When we called to ask ""where are you guys??"" we got an answering service, and left a message. NO ONE EVER CALLED US to apologize or explain what had happened to our cab, a cab that was promised to be there promptly.\r I do NOT recommend using this cab service! They are simply not reliable, and do not even have the decency to return a phone call from a customer wondering why they never showed. We live in a well-known area of town, so the cabbie probably just didn't set his morning alarm or something, as it is highly unlikely he got lost. But we'll never know. There is nothing more frustrating that knowing that you have to find transportation on a night where EVERYONE is booking transportaion. I called a few places before I called ITN. I called Airport Taxi and they told me 2 hours!!! I called Suburban but I waited on hold for 20 mins and gave up! I then found ITN here on citysearch and I called them. A guy answered the phone within 30 seconds! I figured he was going to tell me that they couldn't help me. I acutually asked the guy if he was a recording (I was being a smart *** by this point) he actually laughed and asked how he could help. \r \r WIthin 20 minutes of talking to him a Taxi showed up at my place. I know this because about 5 minutes before he arrived HE CALLED ME!!! When we stepped outside the driver stepped out of his cab and OPENED THE DOOR! I was starting to get the idea this was going to be a guy hunrting for a tip. We got in and headed downtown, this guy (I think his name was Noah.. Sorry) actually asked me if there was a kind of music I enjoyed. I told him I enjoyed dance music, he actually had XM radio i think because within seconds I was on my way downtown listening to it..\r \r When I called I booked a two way trip. Picking me up at 1:30 in the morning downtown. When we came out I noticed a missed a call on my cell, it was him. I was panicked, did I miss my cab??? did he move on? I called back the number and he was OUT FRONT!!! I actually heard him tell 3 people ""Sorry I'm reserved"" while on the phone. We came outside and he was right there maybe 20 feet from the entry. OUTSTANDING, my company will use them from now on, and so will I.\r \r Thanks for the great night guys!!! I travel frequently on business trips and I use taxis often on the weekends to go out. I found these guys on the internet and decided to give them a shot. I have tried a lot of different companies to get me to the airport for my early morning flight reservations and I have had some major problems with cabs not being able to find my address, cabs showing up late, cabs taking the wrong route to the airport, cabs not allowing me to carry unopened containers of liquor in my cab, cabs showing up filthy inside and the driver chain-smoking, cab drivers having a rude and flippant attitude, cab drivers driving recklessly... on and on... so I really have been desperately searching for a service that did not have all these problems. I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT I THINK I HAVE FINALLY FOUND A GOOD CAB SERVICE. I have used ITN about a dozen times now and there have been no probems at all. They have always been on time and everything has gone smoothly. I have developed a good relationship with several of their drivers and I feel as if I am getting personalized service for no extra charge. I keep telling them all my horror stories with other cab companies and how much I like their service and they always say I should write a review. So I am finally doing it because these guys deserve the business. They really have been exceptional so far. Pros: Good drivers who show up on time and drive safely. Cons: They are a small company and sometimes on busy weekend nights they are a little backed up. more

I was picked up at the airport by Noah Logsdon in a nice luxury van and he was very helpful in answering my questions about the Twin Cities area. He found me a very nice hotel and told me about the best clubs and restaurants in downtown Minneapolis. I was very surprised and pleased by the service I received from this taxi service.
