On our ""maiden voyage,"" the 2014 motorhome I bought exhibited a number of issues which required servicing/repair. I was apprehensive about taking the RV there because of some negative reviews I had read, and also because it seemed to me that I had to wait longer than expected for a return phone call to schedule the service visit. However, my experience turned out to be very positive. On leaving the vehicle at the dealership, Ed (who is, I believe, the service manager) walked through it with me and carefully took note of each problem. Two days later, he called to say that the vehicle was ready for pick-up, all problems resolved. When I arrived to pick it up, he went over each item, explaining the findings and the corrective action taken. On my subsequent inspection, all seemed to be in order and the problems resolved as promised. I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner.
