DO NOT USE REID'S CLEANERS. We took in some baby bumpers for our sons crib. Very sentimental stuff. Employee took it in and said they would take care of it. Came back, completely ruined. Called the manager, eventually the owner got involved, Doyle Reid. Met up with at the location and he patronized me for dropping off something without understanding the implications if it was so sentimental. Long story short: he would not do anything. Not even take off the charge of the service. I wanted at least that and he refused, picked up the phone to call the police. Of course I left. Its one thing if it was an employee, but the owner without a care for customer service, let alone satisfaction shows that the way he wants to make a buck.
