My husband saw a comfort bike online that was sold at Rei. When we went to look at it we had to wait until two sales clerks finished socializing before we got any help. When we told the salesperson what we wanted he said the store did not carry that bike. When I mentioned seeing it online he said that the Dallas store carried it. We asked if it could be ordered online and delivered to the store he said yes or shipped from another store. He didn't offer to show us any other bikes, offer to have it shipped from another store, or offer to help us order online. I don't know if he just didn't want to be bothered for a $300 bicycle or what. We went a few miles down the road and bother the wanted bike even though it cost $50 more. At least they didn't act like we were bothering them.
