Do not go to this salon if you care about your hair. They really do not care what happens to your tresses once you have left the salon. They are rude if you call with questions and will flat out lie to you. I recently returned there and regret ever doing so. My hair is a mess, and they refuse to help me correct the problem. I take good care of my very diffcult to manage hair, now I may have to cut most of it off. I had it relaxed there and waited the required 2 weeks to have it colored. I even inquired about it . I told them I was going to have it colored in 2 weeks. They told me that would be ok. Now, I know better than to use permanent color on relaxed hair, yet the manager of the place accused me, with out ever offering to even look at my hair. i had the coloring done at a professional salon, who noticed that my hair was beginning to curl as they washed the coloring out. They assured me that the coloring used was safe for relaxed hair , and would not cause the amount of curling and frizziness I was experiencing. Followup reseach on the internet confirms this. Though some damage always occurs, nothing of this magnitude should. They advised me to call Regis and tell them about my hair. I did so , in a noncofrontational way. The manager , I was told would call me back ,which she never did. I called later the next day and spoke to her. She was very unsympathetic and basically told me it was my problem... and that you should never color relaxed hair...which is not true. She offered no advice, gave me the number of their corporate headquaters as if i was a trouble maker. i am just a person who wants help with my hair, and do feel they are somewhat responsible to at least try to help out. She promised to call me the next day , after speaking to her boss, of course she never did. So go somewhere else, cause they also give lousy hair cuts according to friends of mine.
