The first time I went to Regis I had an awesome haircut, so this last time I decided to let them do my highlights. The girl that did them wasn't very friendly and not sociable. She did an ok job but nothing extraordinary. When I asked for her opinion she shrugged like she didn't know anything about what she was doing. Thank god my hair came out alright but it wasn't as good as I would have liked it. The highlights were too thin and it lacked personality. I probably won't go there again.
