Horrible. I should have trusted my gut and walked right out of there. I went in looking for a trim. I said I wanted to keep the length and i wanted it point cut so it was not just a blunt straight line of hair. I had an appointment with Bill who took a grand total of FIVE MINUTES to trim my hair. He did not get it wet, cut it by sections or take his time. He just took the right side and chopped it, and then the left. He did not pay any attention to my front layers at all. After that he cut the back of my hair in a curved shape. Longer at the middle shorter on the outsides. THAT IS NOT A POINT CUT. He said to me "" dont worry I have been doing this for 36 years"" Well buddy that doesnt mean you know what youre doing. AWFUL. A waste of money . I could have done a better job by myself.
