My sister bought her wedding dress at Regina's Bridal. They also did the alterations... they had her final fitting just a week before the wedding day. They actually called and had to reschedule her fitting to a Tuesday... wedding was for Saturday!! When she tried on the dress, it was too short so that she could no longer wear the shoes she planned on wearing (which she had on at the time of the initial fitting) and they did not take out the dress a couple inches on the waist (as they reassured it would not be a problem to do so). Regina, the owner, refused to refund the money. She said she would box the dress up and we'd have to just deal with it. If the owner of the company is rude to her clients and cannot accept when they are in fault, that is simply bad business.
