I am always treated respectfully and politely. Even through I'm a women, I'm not not talked down to and my questions are thoroughly explained.

Worst

I was charged $90 for them to analyze what I had already told them the problem was. The quote was $140 parts & labor, I was charged $252. Not happy.

I have been taking my vehicles to Reedley Automotive for years. They have ALWAYS fixed my vehicles right the first time. There have even been times when Bill (the owner) has shown me how to do things myself to save some money. I so much appreciate the honesty! I have recommended several of my friends to Reedley Automotive and will continue to do so. more

This is the second time I brought my car in for repair because another place said I needed it and u folks checked it out and said no repair was needed. Makes me wonder about the other places. more

Excellent service and advice on the care of my van. 9/7/2012

The owner and mechanics are well trained and have high integrity. I always recommend Reedley Automotive. I've been going to Bill Wilker for over fifteen years and he has always kept my old clunker going without costing me a arm and a leg. And now keeps my newer van going, being proactive before there is a problem. more
