Being around Embarcedaro area, it is hard to find a restaurant that is affordable and enjoyable.
Java House's Fish & Chip is my favorite. it is hot and fresh, you can find a seat in pier 30/32 to enjoy the view while having your lunch. During lunch time, you have to expect about 10 mins wait in line.
