This is an excellent gym. It's spacious, very clean, great staff, excellent equipment. The staff is always cheerful and willing to help. Reasonable price. If you're debating between the RAC and Gold's in Redmond, don't let Gold's fool you. The RAC has personality that Gold's can't shake a stick at! The Redmond Athletic Club is cleaner, nicer, better environment...just all around AWESOME-ER! more

Best Gym in Redmond! 12/31/2009

Good: This gym is all-around excellent. I love the non-intimidating environment. They have great equipment, it is clean, it is spacious, and they have great programs and programs. I don't feel like a piece of meat when I'm there. It's a positive environment focused on health rather than image. It's not overly busy -- you don't have to wait for cardio equipment and there's ALWAYS parking. The staff is very friendly and genuine. They even remember your name! I definitely recommend this gym.. Bad: Not much that I didn't like.. Other: Definitely worth trying the classes! And personal training is top knotch.. more

Excellent service, clean gym... 8/17/2005

The RAC has all the ingredients to make an excellent health club- extremely clean facility, interesting classes, friendly staff and enough equipment to handle the membership. The gym's staff is the friendliest in town and each one makes an effort to greet you by name as you walk in the door. The classes are updated constantly and I can not recall ever waiting long for a piece of equipment. There is also a unique climbing wall to challenge the more adventurous members. more
