it is ok....not fabulous 5/11/2006

Last year i called ahead to see if they might be able to accomodate me and my family for my daughters b-day party. I knew they didn't take reservations however, it was a Tuesday night and I called ahead of time and talked to the manager who said it would be fine because tuesday nights are hardly ever busy. Well....we got there and it was PACKED...they made us wait over 45 minutes before some of my guests had to leave and couldn't wait anymore. I burst into tears and was so upset. They finally were able to push some tables together and sit us...but, not till after 1/2 our family was gone. more

helpful for special needs 10/6/2005

I have made some special requests at Red Robin, and they have been very helpful in modifying my meal to my specifications. They have a great menu, with a wide variety of items -- not just a "burger place". They have good food, a little expensive, but worth it as they have great service and large portions. more

Awesome Burgers 7/21/2005

Red Robin has some of the best burgers in town. Their staff are excellent. The service is remarkable. Never a bad experience. Their Chicken Tortilla Soup is a favorite of my G/F. Great place for all you family. Highly recommend!! more

Relaxed setting 7/10/2005

The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual with lots of people eating outside when the weather is nice. They have a lot of burger items which are most expensive than those in fast food, but this is more of a sit-down place to eat. It's a good place for families and dates. Service is good, and waiters are readily available to help. The food tastes good. more

Excellent Service for a Tough Situation 6/29/2005

Red Robin employees have almost always impressed me. The last visit I had to this location there was a piece of hair on my food. I mentioned it to the waiter & I don't think it could have been removed from the table faster. The manager was immediately at our table with an apology to let me know that we would not be paying for my food. Not only did we not pay for my meal but we had a free meal for my husband because of a coupon. We still got our other discounts plus my meal was free. I was very impressed with their quick & professional response to a situation that could have made us not want to return. more
