I called about 11:00am in the morning to get restaurant information and make reservations for a party of 25 people and spoke with a manager. I did not get his name, but he was extremely rude, inpatient, and unaccommodating. He said they do not take reservations and they do not give discounts, when I did not mention once that I wanted a discount. He did not care that he was losing business for Red Robin, not to mention losing business for a party of 25 people. I called another restaurant and was taken care of with Great Customer Service and very accommodating to our party?s needs. I do not know how the customer service is as far as eating there, but management customer service is terrible.
