Red Lobster

When traveling, I usually like to stop at locally owned or restaurnats I have never heard of. However, I was in the mood for seafood and knew Red Lobster to always be a reliable choice. Once my husband and I entered into the restaurant we were instantly greeted with a hello and a cheerful smile. We were seated and were promptly greeted by our server, Bobby. He spoke with such vast knowledge of the menu and of seafood in general. The dishes he recommended were delicious! Most importantly, the wonderful, courteous and professional service made the dining experience very relaxing and extremely enjoyable. At some point it seemed more like we were dining at a five star restaurant instead of a Red Lobster! We would recommend this particular Red Lobster because of the superb service. A special thanks to our server Bobby, a young man probably in his late 30's. We will definately ask for you next time we are passing through!!!! If you travel much, Red Lobster is a fairly consistent restaurant, and the Madison, Tn (Rivergate Mall area) location is no exception. We enjoyed high quality seafood, cooked but not overcooked, in generous portions. Although the facility is showing its age and restaurant was very clean and management obviously has proper attention to detail. As usual, what makes a good dining experience into a great dining experience is the staff, and Red Lobster of Rivergate was above average in that department as well. Our server Tia was extremely personable and attentive, drinks were always full and we felt as though we were dining in an upper class restaurant rather than a mid-priced franchise. Really a pleasant surprise, and the Chocolate Wave dessert put us over the top! Pros: Professional, courteous service. Cons: none more
