My family and I dined here and it was not what I expected. The building is old looking and the decor is out dated. The service was good but the food was so-so. I left wishing that I had gotten the steak because that is what my husband ordered and it was good. I thought it was over priced and I wouldn't want to bring any visitors from out of town here because it looked run down. Over all I'd rate it as OK but nothing to write home about. more

Fine Dining at a reasonable price 8/11/2005

With it's quiet atmosphere and professional servers, the Red Horse is a fantastic place for a romantic dinner for two or even a nice family dinner. They have a variety of cuts of steak as well as seafood. Everything is prepared fresh and is well presented. The food is excellent. The staff is friendly and service is fantastic. During peak times such as proms or holidays, reservations are advised. With everything the Red Horse has to offer, I would expect the price to be expensive. However, it is quite reasonable, being only slightly more expensive than more casual dining restaurants. more
