My friend recommended a beautician at this salon and I love her (and the salon). I've passed that recommendation on to another friend. The staff were friendly and prompt, the price was excellent, and I was able to make an appointment quickly and easily. This a great salon and you feel comfortable as soon as you enter! It's clean, modern and the owner genuinely strives for excellence and professionalism. My wife has worked in several Fresno salons and the Red Ruby Salon is by far the BEST! Pros: CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL more

Personal Satisfaction comes Before Customer Satisfaction. 2/13/2009

This is a nice Salon next to a nice Restaurant. If you don't mind an unprofessional atmosphere where hairdressers texting on their cell phones comes before customer service then go for it. They will let you wait while they talk on cell phones and admire themselves in the mirror. This was my second and last trip to a salon with no professionalism. Pros: Nice Eating place nexrt door Cons: Employess have no training in customer relations. more
