I bought an Armstrong hi-efficiency furnace from R&B in 2003. On Friday, July 27, 2012, the furnace blower stopped and so did the AC. With no AC in July it was HOT! I called about 6PM and got a confirmed appointment for the next day, Saturday at 3:30 and much sooner than I expected. The next day, Saturday, two R&B technicians, Steve and Allen, showed up an hour or so early, found the problem almost immediately, repaired it, and were on their way in about 30 minutes. Furthermore, they advised me that it was still under warranty and there was no charge. This was a much better than expected experience in more ways than one! Very fast service- and that is important on a hot July day- no charge, no hassle, and cooler in no time. The customer service person and the technians are top notch professionals. What a great company!! Highly recommended.
