This is a 'first' for me; I have never written a review for publication:\r My wife & I have moved 11 times in 24 years of marital bliss (oh, sure!); buying, & later selling, in 8 of those times in Seattle (WA), Salem (MA), Alamo (CA), Redmond (WA), Sammamish (WA), Kansas City (MO) & Round Rock, TX (twice). All 8 were accomplished with Realtors and all were completed with 'nagging' problems; EXCEPT the last 2! The word 'expert' is not really in my vocabulary, but; we have bought & sold & bought in Round Rock with the EXPERTISE of the Realtor Team of Jim Salmon & Mary Pruett of Realty World John Horton-Assoc at 2207 W. Parmer Ln; Austin, TX 78727. ALL headaches associated with 'buying, selling & buying'; especially in a new & wonderful location, were eliminated by Jim & Mary. The phrase 'word of mouth' is in my vocabulary and Jim & Mary were recommended by a saleswoman at Leif Johnson Ford-Austin. Needless to say; if we move again in TX, we'll call Jim and Mary! Pros: Friendly; professional; knowledgeable; helpful; they treat us as if we're their only client! Cons: Cannot think of aany! more

Rosa Prevost is an exceptional real estate agent. She has work tirelessly and endlessly on our deals. Rosa was our agent when we bought our house and I would not even consider using anyone else to sell our house. She treats your situation as if she has nothing else going on. We moved from Colorado to Austin and all I can say is...thank God for Theresa Chai! She was amazing. So very patient...answering all of my 100's of questions. She really knows her stuff. Being from another state, she really listened to us and really help guide us to an area that fit our family. She is very professional, returning my calls immediately and being very thorough. I also greatly appreciated her insight, helping us to know what to watch out for, good things and even bad things about a potential house/ neighborhood/ school district, etc. She had an eye for detail and pointed out things I didn't see or think of. She showed us the houses we wanted to see and remained flexible on our sometimes tight schedule. And when we finally decided on a house and later changed our minds, she still went to bat for us, following up on the return of our earnest money. But it really touched me the most when we found another house we really liked but I was a little unsure about a few things with it. I called Theresa and talked to her and said, ""I really wish my mom was here to help me decide and to get her opinion"". Theresa immediately offered to come to us and said she would gladly re-visit the house with me and help me in any way she could. She was there in about 30 minutes. She is very dedicated, staying in constant contact throughout the whole process. We loved Theresa and will recommend her to anyone in the market for a house. We will definitely use her again in the future when we have a housing need! Thank you Theresa! more

Dolise is a wonderful person! I have never met a realtor that ""really"" listened to what we wanted in a house. Just when things were good, she takes that extra step to make things great. She is very knowledgeable about her job and the real estate market. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends and will use her again in the future. more
