I've know Alan Corsentino for many years. This was a plus for me. Knowing the man behind the counter. I like Alan's work ethics and he does not fix it until you've given him the go ahead. I would recommend this automotive shop to all my friends who don't want to get cheated or as they say "THEY SEE YOU COMING" Cha-Ching.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ They are the most "HONEST" Shop that i've ever delt with. Reads was proactive in getting my business, sending out a welcome coupon in a newcomer coupon pack we received late last year after moving to the nearby hill country. I have had my 8 year old truck visit READS \r 4 times now, catching up on servicing and fixing a few surprises along the way. Allan and his guys have done an excellent job of providing accurate estimates, prioritizing repairs, troubleshooting annoying problems and generally being flexible and easy to work with showing a commitment to communication (they will take you back in the shop to show you a problem they discover, or save old parts for inspections). Allan can give on the spot estimates with computer programs that calculate repair cost, and the techs are ASE certified, working in a clean environment with up to date equipment. They are all about quality of repair/parts and service. I really appreciate the care taken in all the details and working within budget constraints to keep my little buggy road worthy and running great. \r Highly recommended. I have been going to Read's for over 5 years. Alan has always taken care of my vehicles and he always works with me so that we can make arrangements for maintenance visits that are convenient to my work schedule. There is never any doubt about the wisdom, accuracy and good work done by Alan and his crew. Whenever I take my car in, I never have to worry that the work isn't being done correctly. I have the highest regard for the service at Read's and would and do recommend that all of my friends take their vehicles to Read's. It was sheer luck that I found Read''s and now that I have I will not let anyone else work on my vehicles. Pros: Fits you in so as not to unduly interrupt the customer's schedule. Went in to get some work done on an older vehicle of mine. I wasn't satisfied with the service I received from a nation-wide automotive chain store, so I took a chance on Reads (since I pass by a lot while driving to and from the in-laws!). I walked in, and even though it was kind of busy, I got prompt attention from the service manager when he was free. I was given a very fair quote on repairing my car (I'm familiar with repairing cars, just don't have the time or patience) and I agreed to let them fix her up. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and my camaro drives just fine now. more
