Re-Bath of San Antonio

My husband and I did not have a positive experience where Re-Bath is concerned. The salesperson came to the appointment took all of the necessary measurements and proceeded to ask us if this was something we wanted to do BEFORE we were ever given the estimate. She was very pushy where this was concerned and then very slow to show us the estimate. After finally seeing the estimate we were SHOCKED at the price. We have an EXTREMELY small shower. The salesperson would not leave the estimate and kept asking when we were going to sign. We were told the estimate would be faxed to us. After two attempts of asking for it we gave up. We got another estimate and found we could do the entire bathroom for what they wanted to do our tiny shower. Thre are too many choices out there, don't waste your time with Re-Bath of San Antonio. Giving them a ZERO star rating but website required I pick one. more

Just wanted to give a thumbs up to the people at Re-Bath of San Antonio. From the get-go I was a little nervous of this process. However, Shelly led me thru the whole process and made it understandable. Once I had it installed, I had a minor problem and they were out that same day to fix it. They do what they say and have been a pleasure to work with. I would and have recommended them to my friends. more

Called to find a ball park cost they would not allow me to talk to a person over the phone to decide whether it worth a person coming out to get a real price. Seems that they may be high pressure sales. I am not willing to take that chance in my own home. more
