Florida Choice is one of the worst banks I've had the misfortune to encounter.
In every aspect, their service and business is downright poor.
Drive thru tellers are slow and sloppy. They are often so busy chatting and yukking it up right in front of you that it often takes more than 10 minutes to complete routine transactions. Their lines are always backed up. Forget trying to get through there on a Friday most any time, but especially after 11:30 am.
Management is rude and condescending. The old adage about crap rolls downhill is alive and well at Florida Choice.
Not once, not twice ... but 4 different times 2 different deposits made together were erroneously placed each in the others account.
Checks have been held much longer than normal.
Many other petty mistakes have been made.
Trying to get service from this bank is a joke.
I strongly urge anyone considering deposit (personal or business) or loan business with Florida Choice to reconsider.
The climate and work ethic at Florida Choice has steadily gotten worse over the past 2 years until we finally could take it no more and closed our accounts.
