I suppose the name isn't entirely inaccurate, as you are likely to find pizza like this somewhere in New York, but there's very little ""New York"" on display here. The small front patio offers a decent glimpse of sunny Peachtree, good for lunching or sizing up the goods on display on a typical Buckhead Saturday night; this is prime gawking real estate. Inside, the dimly-lit setting is laid-back and comfortable. The calzones and pies are dependable enough, but you might want to skip the weekday lunch buffet, or at least come later in the afternoon --the pickings are slimmer the closer you arrive to 11 or even noon. Parking doesn't exist, and service is inconsistent, but that's Buckhead, right?
