I love that these guys are great at following up on the status of my car. They also always send us their news letters which by the way they are great and also their discounts. They get the job done right the first time. more

best service ever 10/31/2011

So I actually came in this morning and I have to say these guys here are honest! I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car it was making a harsh noise and I was practically giving these guys the opportunity to take my money but instead they looked at my car and diagnosed the problem and fixed it! They charged me a reasonable price and didn't lie about what was wrong with my car and also gave me pointers on what I can do in the future to avoid it. Thanks! more

I needed a part for my car and I had gone to the junk yard to try and find one but had bad luck fining one. One of my friends told me about Ray's Unlimited and told me they can probably help me out, and they sure did. They were able to get me the part at a decent price. Thanks. more

Awesome 10/10/2011

I highly recommend Rays, I have been taking my car to him and the team for several years and would not allow anyone else to touch it!! I drove to Santa Barbara last year and as soon as I got there the first night my headlight out light came on, in the morning the other one also came on.. I went to the local BMW dealership and they wanted to charge me $200.00 and wait 3 hours for it to be repaired.. I called Laura to see if Ray could recommend someone in the area to look at the car and she called back with a name, number and address.. I took it in and the shop fixed my lights and would not let me PAY!!! AWESOME service!! more

Great Job on my Father-in-law's car 10/6/2011

I got my father-in-law's non working car fixed here for his 40th anniversary gift. They had giving me a quote of how much it would be and after they were done they had to do some tiny extras things on it but they didn't charge me extra since they had quoted me already. Thank you for the great gift that I was able to give my father-in-law and for keeping the same quote for me. Highly recommend them they are great. more

Kept me up to date 10/4/2011

My car failed on me, and I figured I'd give these guys a shot. It turned out to be a great decision. They are committed both to fixing your car up like new, and giving wonderful customer service. They always kept me up to date on what was going on, and they did their best to assist me in living my life with minimal inconvenience. My car hasn't run this good in years, I'd highly recommend these guys! more

Nothing to worry about 9/12/2011

I've been getting my car serviced at Ray's for as long as I could remember, and one day I came in scared I needed a whole lot of work done, because I felt my car wasn't driving right. But just like always, they assessed the situation with my vehicle, told me what needs to be done, and got it all fixed up right away. They always reassure me they'll take good care of me and my car, and I have nothing to worry about, and they always remain true to their word. Thank you! more
