After a wonderous stroll the gardens on a bright sunny day my friends and I ""treated"" ourselves to lunch at the restaurant on the grounds. We ate in the Kafe, a beautifully decorated brightly lit room. We were surrounded by brightly colored window hangings and Moroccan decore. Our server was friendly and very knowledgeable, not only about the food but the grounds as well. The food was delicious and satisfying. I reccommend the Tapas and Poutines. Of course while you are there try one of the fabulous wines by the glass or let one of the friendly bartenders mix you a signiture martini like the ""Barry white"". I will definatly be returning. I agree with the previous reviewer The sculpture garden, as well as the restaurant itself, are beautiful but the price tag is too high for the dinner served. Although the appetizers were very good, both entrees and dessert were just OK. When spending $160 for 2 (with tip), the food should be as exceptional as the location. A beautiful restaurant on beautiful grounds. It's whimsical, magical and elegant all at once. Unfortunately, the food (and what you pay for it) isn't a match for the surroundings. The food is pretty good but you expect much more for the money and considering that no cost was spared in creating this place. Service is also over the top and poor considering. There are too many other retaurants that are much better to go back. Pros: Beautiful grounds, Beautiful restaurant Cons: Poor service, Not a good value more
