While we make a trip to O P Taylor's with our grandchildren several times a year for them to "pick out" anything they want, we won't be going again. We were in the store on Friday, 1/20/12, and there were two people working. Neither asked if they could be of help and neither acknowledged us when we went in. In fact we were stepping over toys while the young female employee was merchandising and she never bothered to even look at us! We were the only customers in the store!!! The gentleman behind the counter, rang up our purchases, did not speak to us, and did not say thank you for our purchase. He then had the nerve to "sigh" and seemed to be very put out when I told him we needed separate bags. Come on, it's a toy store for kids! My grandchildren didn't notice but both my husband and I did. From now on we will stay in Mast General Store, which is next door. and spend our toy money there where they have wonderful customer service and actually seem to like kids.
