Best pizza & hot subs in RTP, (Miami Blvd. at Rt. 54) 10/27/2005

Randy's on Miami Blvd. is the only pizza place I go to while in RTP. Not only is the pizza outstanding, with a good sauce, but the chicken parm and meatball subs are truly outstanding. For under $6 you can get a real good sandwich, chips and a drink for under $6. Get there before 11:45 on weekdays because the line backs up to the door really quickly. more

Great pizza, good service 8/31/2005

Randy's get my vote for best pizza in Southwest Durham--we go to the location on Hope Valley Road, but they have a couple of locations which I've heard are equally good. I especially enjoy the white pizza, but everything I've had from them has been great. Try the garlic knots--they're killer. They deliver, but I've only ever gotten takeout. The service has always been friendly and quick. After school lets out in the afternoons it can be a little crowded with students from Jordan High, right around the corner, so I'd avoid the place in the mid-afternoon. more

Good pizza 7/31/2005

The pizza at Randy's is New York Style. THey pizza slices are HUGE! It's very reasonably priced...an 18 inch, 2 topping pizza for ~$13. I will say that it is rather greasy, although that is probably what makes it so tasty! The service is okay, they're always a little rude. more

Best pizza we've had! 7/31/2005

We are new to the area...from Chicago. Being from Chicago, pizza is very important to us. Randy's carries New York style pizza, which is thinner than what we're used to. It's SO good though! They load on the toppings. They always have coupons in the mail and on mondays you can get a pizza for $10. The only drawback to Randy's is that it is so greasy. Delivery takes a long time too. more
