I am writing in from Rainbow Jewelers. Hello everyone! Remember we try and pay the highest on your GOLD, SILVER and PLATINUM ITEMS, WE ALSO BUY GOLD AND SILVER COINS, TOP PRICED PAID! This is in response to a bad review I have read. When a customer comes in with items to sell with stones, we offer to pop out the stones and give them back to the customer. We do not advertise that we buy gemstones, or smaller diamonds. We also inform the customer that if their items have gemstones and are still in good condition they should try and sell them to someone that can resell the item rather than just scrap the gold out, because they will be able to get more money that way. We try to be more than fair with every customer that walks in our store, and 99% of the people that sell their jewelry are more than satisfied. I apologize if you misunderstood our ad, but if we think you can get more for your item from someone else we recommend you not sell to us so that is why we say we don't buy certain types of jewelry. I was referred to Rainbow Jewelers by aquaintances to repair / sell antique jewelry. I was pleasantly surprised at the personal attention I received over the phone and in person. I had my toddler with me and eventhough it was passed "nap time" the staff welcomed the interupting energy. This is very important to a mother who embarasses easily. I didn't want to be "that lady" if you know what I mean. I sold some of my pieces to them and was very pleased with the compensation. I will be doing business with them again in the near future and I also recommended my sister and she as well made some successful transactions with them.
