I am not a big thrift store shopper, but I know that this place is way over priced nonetheless. I know when I go with other people that they are not very impressed, but that also has to do with NYC thrift store shopping in general, so I guess I can't really blame this place. At least it's not that bi so it is not totally overwhelming. more

What the store sacrifices in poshness it more than makes up for in its cozy organization, inimitably hip music, and staffers so open, fun, and enthusiastic that it's tempting to just hang out and bask in the warm glow of their auras. Sort through yards of solid color synthetic-blend button-downs arranged in rainbow order, and jeans pressed to a crisp, arranged by size and style. The small Rags chain specializes in men's clothes at rock-bottom prices. Still, ladies will find plenty to love in the printed A-line polyester skirts, unisex leather jackets, hoodies and logo tees, among other timelessly cool duds. more
