I either order delivery from here or dine in probably once a week. I usually order the pizza. I went in last night and decided to order cannelloni. I asked if they would add alfredo in addition to the meatsauce it came with, my friend ordered the same. The waitress looked confused and went to ask the ""kitchen"" if that was alright. She came back to the table and said "" the cannelloni doesn't normally come with alfredo sauce, so they'll put it on the side"". We said that was fine. When our bill arrives we were charged an extra $4 each order for alfredo sauce. I asked why we were not told of the extra charge, she simply said "" sorry, I should have said something"". I said it was like adding other entree to the bill without it being ordered, I asked if it could be taken off , they said no. The cannelloni was awful, and the staff was so rude. I don't think I can eat there anymore even though I love the pizza........... It's the principal of it all.
