First time customer who wanted ash brown and espresso hightlights and lowlights. My hair is dark brown so highlights that have grown out are very noticeable.. I generally get a touch up on the color every 6-8 week.. I went into the salon and got an appt. immediately (it was back to school this weekend) and the salon was busy.. The receptionist had Andrey the salon manager do my hair. I didn't know that he was the manager until he gave me his card as I was leaving.. In hindsight shouldn't his service be superior to the other stylists? Gosh, they were not.. I wouldn't even expect the hair color service I'm about to describe from a beauty school.. I explained what I needed and I asked for a trim and he cut off more than two inches. He highligted my hair and left me with my dark brown roots all over my head. I pull my hair back in a ponytail and it looks like I have a months worth of hair growth. I left kind of embarrassed and frustrated but I figured that it was way to busy on that day and I should just give them a call the next day, Monday when things had died down. I called the salon to explain that I was not happy with his service and they assured me that he would do it over..
