I just wanted to express my satisfaction with my service experience with Radley Acura over the past four plus years. My service advisor has been Jeremy Logsdon since I purchased the car new in 2006. I feel that Jeremy is a very knowledgeable individual that shows genuine interest in the maintenance of my 2006 MDX. Jeremy provides the extra level of service that is expected of these luxury cars. Jeremy is the reason that I will continue to return to Radley Acura for service and future purchases. I look forward to a continued relationship with Jeremy and Radley Acura. This dealer is hands down the best 1/10/2011

I went by on my lunch break to look at a new mdx. The salesman Lincoln knew every question I had and was very direct with the pricing. I ended up taking the mdx back to work and when I got finished with work they had all the paper work ready! Now that's efficient to me. I love my Acura mdx and would highly rate Radley Acura in Falls Church!! more

I am a huge fan of the Acura brand, and their sales department is okay, but I absolutely do not recommend their service department. They are unorganized, and do not care about their customer. They can not be trusted with something as simple as the keys to the car they are servicing. They do not admit fault when making a mistake, and then proceed to make the customer accomidate them in their flaws. These are all signs of poor customer service. more
