I made an appointment for a massage, went to their business and no one was there. There were UPS messages taped to the door and no one was there. I tried to call a few times and the voice message box is full. more

I purchased a massage at this salon through Groupon. I called and set up my appointment weeks in advance. The day BEFORE my appointment, they called saying they need to reschedule it, so I did. The same thing happened again. At this point I was a little irritated but I agreed to move my appointment again. You're not going to believe this...they called a THIRD time, saying the therapist wouldn't be available during my scheduled time, and we have to move it. I finally just asked for my money back because that is ridiculous. I have a job and cant keep moving my schedule around because of their mistakes. I can't comment on the actual massage experience because, sadly, I never got that far. But they are unprofessional and obviously don't value their customers time. more

Pitiful! Missed my child for his weekly class but never miss the payment debited from my account. I will be canceling my child's class based on the poor management and poor services. more

I am completely surprised to see anything negative being written about the Tumblebus. My child is a student at a Raleigh preschool and we could not be happier with their services. We have not, however, used their Birthday party services, so I can not provide any comments on that, but we would be interested in doing so in the future. Our child is always talking about her teachers and all of the fun stuff that she gets to do when they come to take her onto the bus. I have also, on occasion, asked to observe a couple of the classes and the Tumblebus staff were always happy to oblige. What fun it was to watch these energetic children bounce around and get their excess energy out!! I will end my comment by saying that we will continue to have our child participate in Tumblebus until she moves on to Kindergarten and that I recommend this activity to any parent who is looking to let their child participate in extra curricular activities at their preschool. more

I concur with the previous reviewer that the company is poorly managed. My child is part of the Tumblebus program that comes to her preschool and they have proven to be understaffed, cancelled classes with no refunds and apathetic. The only reason we persisted with the program is because my child likes it and it is inexpensive. However, from month to month, we really don't know what we will get for our $30. We called Tumblebus well in advance to schedule our son's bday party. They gladly accepted our business and our $30 deposit. We waited and waited and waited for the birthday party announcements but we never received them. Finally, on the week of the birthday party we decided to cancel their services. Each time we called and left message to find out about the status of our cards and later to get our deposit back, they would never return our calls. Pros: The tumblebus concept is good Cons: The management / customer service is the pits! more
