house is in an okay neighboorhod. rent is a little high for the area though 895 when most are going for 700+. House needs to be reshingled BADLY and furnece was red flag before we moved in. Repeatedly brought this up and hubby was the one who finally fixed it the 3 days before it snowed. Have a leak in the kitchen that he has never attempted to fix and the man NEVER returns a damn phone call. Never again. Just need to make it through the year. more

DONT DO IT 1/15/2009

I DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO RENTBUY OR DO BUISNESS WITH THEM.I WAS TOLD IN JULY WHEN THE LEASE WAS SIGNED THAT SEVERAL THINGS WOOULD BE FIXED THAT ARE STILL GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY.ALONG WITH THE ELECTRICAL PANEL WHICH THROWS FLAMES OUT AND WHEN ANYTHING MOVES IN THE HOUSE THE LIGHTS ALL FLICKER.THIS HAS CAUSED 2 T.V""S,2 VCR""S,A FRIDGE AND OTHER SMALL THINGS TO BURN UP.THE UPSTAIRS BEDROOM WAS JUST PAINTED WHEN WE MOVED IN SO IT TOOK A MONTH TO SEE THAT THERE WAS HUGE MOLD SPOTS THAT WERE PAINTED OVER TO RENT IT OUT.THIS HAS CAUSED MYSELF,WIFE,AND 2 YOUNG KIDS WHO ARE FOUR AND SIX TO HAVE BACTIRIAL INFECTIONS SINCE THE MONTH AFTER WE MOVED IN WHICH HAVE ALL BEEN CONFIRMED FROM ALL OUR DOCTORS IT WAS CAUSED BY THE BLACK MOLD ALTHROUGH THE HOUSE.THE SEWER HAS BEEN OVERFLOWING IN THE YARD FOR A MONTH AND A HALF.COVERS THE WHOLE YARD ABOUT A FOOT DEEP WHICH HAS MADE US ALL SICK AND KEEP US ALL STUCK IN THE HOUSE.I HAVE LOST SEVERAL THOUSANDS IN HOSP[ITAL VISITS AND LOSS OF WORK AND AS SOON AS THE RENT IS NOT PAYED I GET A VACATE NOTICE TO BE OUT OF THE HOUSE WITHIN 5 DAYS(SENT JAN 14TH AND INSTUCTED TO BE GONE BY JAN20TH)THIS INCLUDS MY 2 KIDS AND ONE WHO IS IN SCHOOL.AFTER ALMOST 2 MONTH WITH SEWER ALTHROUGH THE YARD SOMEONE FINALLY CAME OUT AND SUCKED SOME OF THE WATER AWAY WITH A SMALL ELECTRIC PUMP.THIS DID NOT HELP AT ALL AND THE LAND LORD DONT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY TO HAVE IT DONE RIGHT,INSTEAD HE TRIED TO DO IT HIMSELF AND SUCKED THE SEWER TO THE NEXT DOOR LOT WITH A WATER HOSE.THEN FOR THE 2 FOOT OF STANDING WATER UNDER THE HOUSE HE DUG A HOLE AND PUT A BUCKET IN IT AND USED HIS BABE PUMP TO GET THIS OUT.OFCOURSE WE ARE ALL SICK FROM INFECTIONS AND HE IS WANTING BACK RENT BUT NOT WORRIED ABOUT ALL THE HAZARDS WE ALL FACE EVERYTIME WE WALK OUT THE HOUSE OR REALLY EVEN STAY IN THE HOUSE.THERE IS ALSO 3 GIANT TREES THAT WERE GOING TO BE CUT DOWN 7 MONTHS AGO THAT ARE STILL THERE .IF YOU LIKE TO SWIM IN SEWER RENT FROM RACE PROPERTIES.1027 BUCK HOLLOW , Pros: NICE LOOKING HOUSE FROM THE OUTSIDE,IF HE RE-PAINTS IT AGAIN TO COVER IT ALL UP BEFORE HE RENTS IT AGAIN. Cons: SICKNESS,LONG TERM INVESTMENT,NEED LOTS OF MONEY TO RENT THIS PLACE.ABOUT $500/MONTH ELECTRIC BILL JUST FROM BAD ELECTRICAL. more
