Worst

If you ever drop off your dvd rental be prepared to pay late fees as they will claim they did not get it in time. The person running the store is rude and very uncommunicative....

Nice Indian Music collection 9/27/2005

Raaga offers very nice Indian Music collection. They have all different type of music, including movies, gazals etc. They have nice combo collection of music set released by legend singers. They also have DVD rentals. Now they have a membership fees. The point to be noted is that this fees expires every year. So that's a very bad deal on a 2$ DVD rental for 1 day. There are many Indian stores around the area renting DVD for same or less price without the fees and they also have pretty good collection. Though this store is good for music collection. more

Great indian DVD/VHS/CD rental store 8/18/2005

Hi, If you live in the Bay Area , you should have come across many DVD /VHS rental stores. But this outstanding store. This only has DVDs and VHS and CDS and all the DVDs here are original not pirate like other stores across the street. The people here are very nice, they always smile and ready for any questions. If you ask any regional DVDs and if they don't have it , they will take your phone number and when it becomes available they will call . If you are late for one time they won't charge any late fee. Some time when the fine is too much they ask you to buy the DVD so that it will work for us... Great DVD rental store, will recommend to all. more

Great Selection, ok pricing 8/11/2005

If you want to make sure you find what music item you are looking for the Raaga is the place to go. They have a great music selection, from religious, to classical, to hip in DVD, VHS, CD, and Tapes. The pricing is ok. Not extravagant and not completely economical. Great location as well. more

not a bad music store 8/4/2005

Raaga music store is a place where you can find all types of music from movies to devotional to regional. I frequently go there to buy new cds and cassettes. Cost wise its good. Normally they have sale in cassettes so either way is fine as I am ok with cassettes. Staff is also very helpful and overall good store for cd and cassettes. more
