I have been very happy with the service of RJ Groner for the past 2 years. John most recently installed a pump in my Mitsubishi Ductless air conditioner and he did a great job and took pictures to show me what he had done. I really appreciate how John cleaned up afterwards as well. It's the little things that sometimes matter most. I would recommend RJ Groner to anyone. more

Great Service and Friendly Employees 7/26/2018

Since we bought our house in June 2018, we have been very happy with RJ Groner as our Plumber of choice. They did a great job installing our new well water filtration/treatment system and our new washer & dryer. All of the employees that I've dealt with on the phone and in person are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They work done was for the prices quoted - no surprises. I like that I can have an inexpensive monthly maintenance contract with RJ Groner that saves me money. more

Excellent Service 4/13/2017

Moved into the Poconos 4 months ago and have had to call RJ Groner twice. Both times, they showed up on time, wore protective shoe covers, immediately identified the problem and fixed it quickly. They have the utmost respect for your home and are extremely qualified and on-time. All the things I look for in a reputable company!!! more

Gas furance check-up 3/8/2017

The tech was on time and very professional. Would recommend service to anyone needing service. Only problem was the office had me for a heat pump and I a have a gas furnace. more

Annual Furnace Agreement 8/30/2016

This covers two people, Stacey and John. Stacey gets a 9 as she had to deliver several msg for me to the field tech. She gets a 9 , no 10 nobody's perfect, although she did all I asked of her. John was pleasant and arrived at my residence despite some construction problems on my block, but he did not change my furnace filter which is a critical item to begin the heating season. I had to expend $15 to purchase a new one, in addition to the $169 for the annual service. more

Outstanding work and attention to keeping work area clean. Howard Ike and his assistant Matt did a great job with diagnostics and minor repair. In addition, they resolved two other issues that I had not previously reported. This is my go to company for Plumbing, Heating and AC issues. more

INSTALLATION OF CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONE 6/27/2016

Glenn and I are very happy with the installation of the a/c. All of the men who came to install the a/c were very polite, courteous and professional. It was an excellent experience to do business with them. I am bad with remembering their names but Kyle, Mike and the others are truly professional. Wasted Meeting with No Quote 3/28/2014

I went through Home Depot to get a Quote for an electrical boiler installation, they put R J Groner in touch with me. I made an appointment to meet them a t my vacation home (100 miles away) and they spent an hour going through my home and discussing quotes, which we agreed they would get one to me for Electrical Boiler and also Ductless in the next two days. Anyway no quotes arrived and I had to contact them myself, then I get a phone call saying the director of the company refused to give an electric boiler quote ... but nobody decided to tell me and just left me hanging ... do NOT invite these people into your home, they will waste your time and just try to sell you a Ductless system which is all they do ... shame on Home Depot as well. more
