I saw their smoothing treatment on Groupon like many others have. I was hesitant at first because I saw all the not-so-great reviews left about services done by them, but decided to give it a chance. I went in and received a Q-Keratin smoothing treatment done by the wonderful Denise. She is the main owner of the place and was nothing but amazingly kind. Very friendly, talkative, which I enjoy very much if I am going to be receiving a treatment that takes awhile to do. Anyway, so I went home and, unfortunately, after the first wash, it turns out the treatment did not work. I called Denise back and she was disappointed to hear that it had not worked and offered to fix it by using a stronger smoothing treatment (f450) to compensate for the failure of the Q-Keratin and made sure that I walked away happy. I went in, received the treatment, and I am happy to say this one did work!\r
Most importantly, I was happy to see that Denise was concerned enough to make sure that I as a customer walked away happy, whether that meant refunding my money OR by doing another treatment to make up for the last. You can tell this woman wants her customers to be happy. She has customers from 20+ years! That oughta tell you something.\r
I highly recommend Denise seeing as she is the main owner of the salon. She will treat you amazingly and make sure you are one happy customer. I will be returning for sure!
